An award-winning real estate expert, Vic Cuccia brings 25 years of sales and leadership experience to VeronaWalk® Realty. A native of New York, Vic studied business law at Brooklyn College before moving to the east coast of Florida where Vic acquired a decade of experience in the real estate business in the city of Palm Beach. Vic joined the Divosta team in 2003 in VeronaWalk and was soon recognized with several awards for his outstanding sales and was awarded the Sand Dollar Award for a top-producing associate for 5 consecutive years.
After several years, Vic chose to open his own brokerage and now is the managing broker and owner of VeronaWalk® Realty. Vic and his talented associates are one of the most successful sales teams in the Naples real estate marketplace, leading position for closed transactions and total sales volume.
As Southwest Florida continued to evolve into a destination market, Vic realized he needed to expand his focus to Marco Island and the Naples area.
